" Hi this is Kira Cogswell VanSteenkiste representing expertvillage.com you could contact me at michiganhighlanddance.com and in this clip I will be dancing and demonstrating the first step of a Highland fling shedding. The first step of the Highland fling is called shedding and pretty much you would just execute a series of shedding movements which I demonstrated earlier. So to start this step you'll execute a shedding with the right foot. You would then spring and execute a shedding with the left foot. You would spring again and execute a shedding with the right foot and spring one more time executing a shedding with a turn with the left foot. You will then repeat this with the opposite foot starting with a shedding with the left foot. Spring and execute a shedding with the right foot. Spring again and execute a shedding with the right foot. Spring again and execute a shedding with the left foot and spring one last time execute a shedding with a turn with the right foot. "
