on 7/2/2009 gosh.. i must sound like a total cow... but after reading your bio i had such a high expectation... it's a good exercise, but u realise that a ron de jambe en l'air is only a half oval as you do not go extend backwards, due to over rotation which can lead to injuries in the knee right?? and that a better height is needed for your makeshift bar, because you hips r not correctly aligned which is making you lean over away from your leg giving you bad posture...

"Now, we're going to do Rond de Jambe En L'air. Pretty much what this is, you?re just going to kind of make an oval with your leg at ninety degrees. Let's start that over. Now, we're going to do Rond de Jambe En L'air. And all that is, is your going to take your leg out to ninety degrees and just make an oval with it. Ok. So, I'm going to show you the combination. Three Rond de Jambes, close back. Three the other direction. Doubles. Double again. And, I'm going to try to do the other side for you. So, you can see it from the back. Three Rond de Jambes to the side. Three the other direction. Doubles on releve. Do that about twice on both sides and then come back and we'll do another step."
