"Okay so now we're going to move on to fondue. Fondue means to melt so it's very important that it's very fluid movement and not sharp. So we're going to start in a fifth. Arm to the side and we're going to do fondue at 45 degrees first. Which is about right there? Then fondue back. Fondue to the side. The fourth one we're going to do belave. Then we're going to reverse, back, front, side, belave. Now we're going to do fondue at 90 degrees. This is about right there. Perpendicular to your body. To the side, belave, then back, front, side, belave. Do that to the other side and come back."
