"So now we're going to do a Frappe Combination. Frappe is kind of like Degage only your kind of striking the floor, as you go out. And you might have seen Frappes flexed like this or pointed. And either way is correct. I prefer to do them pointed but either way is fine. So we are going to do a combination. Going to do three Frappes front, brush back, three back. Brush front, side side point. Side side point. Reverse, three back brush front. Three front. Brush back, side side point. Side side point. We come up here, leg out to the side. Try to balance, just for as long as you can. Then do the other side. When you are done with that come on back, we'll do the next step."
