"So now we're going to to a Tondu Combination. Todus are mainly to warm up your feet. So we're going to in the 5th, take your arm out to the side. We're going to do two Tondus front, just like that. Tondu side, close front, Tondu side close back. Two Tondus back, then the same thing, close back, close front. Then we're going to do eight Tondus to the side with your arm in a porta bra. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Same thing other way. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. So one more time just two Tondus to the front, close front, close back. Two to the side, I mean, sorry back. And two to the side. Eight this way. Close back. Eight that way and finish. And just do the other side and you're good to go."

on 7/2/2009 nice... but if your going to publish a video of an exercise you might want to add in the detail that it's not ok to sway your legs, or to bend them when closing into fifth (except for the plie) and to be wary of such things rolling the ankles... from looking at your personal experience... I would imagine these are things you should probably already know...

on 6/15/2009 Hi Leandra, nice video. Only the correct spelling is "Tendu", not "Tondu" :)
