""So now were going to work on some bar movements and first you'll need something you can hold onto. Maybe a table or the back of a chair. Anything that's sturdy. Were going to start with a Grand Plie and we pretty much do Grand Plie's to really just warm up our legs. So first I'm going to show you a combination. Your going to start in the first position with your arm down. Your going to take a Demi Plie first and a Demi with your arm front. Than a Grand Plie, like that. Than were going to do a Combord Forward and Combard Back. Than out to second position, same thing, Demi, Demi, and Grand Plie. This time were going to position toward the bar, than out away from the bar. Than were going to go to fourth position and do Grand Plie in the fourth, and than a Grand Plie fourth back. Than were going to do a circle around, like this. Than were just going to reverse that. Go the other way. Than when your done just take a Su Su. Just balance. See how long you can hold it. Like that. Just go around and do the other side and come back for the next step.""
