In this part we are going to take the ball we made and form a Maria. Now a Maria is a fancy word for a disk looking shape of the glass. So here we are going to take our ball, we are going to let it cool gradually. Try and get it to a good shape. Nice and straight. Alright. Now once we get hot, we are going to let it cool down really quick and form a skin on top of the glass. And then we are going to gradually kind of flatten one end here. We are going to repeat those steps so, it gets a little bit bigger. Now, here with more glass, obviously, the bigger it will be with the less glass the smaller it will be. This will be, this will be a smaller one. But it can be as big as, big as your flame can take it, as big as marbles that you have. You can see the disk shape is coming out there almost there. Alright, and we have our disk shape right there. And that will be our working surface.
