"And today I'm going to show you how to make two easy Italian appetizers. Okay, so we're going to turn our burner on medium. And we're going to take two tablespoons of butter and we're going to melt that and make sure we just get the pan nicely covered with the butter. Okay, so the butter's nicely melted. What we're going to do now is we're going to take our mushroom stems and we're going to put that in there. Make sure your ovens on medium because we definitely don't want this stuff to burn. And let's take our onions, and we'll put that in and our garlic. And last, but not least, our pepperoni. Okay, and we're going to just cook this until the onions are tender. And just make sure you just keep it moving, we don't want anything to stay still and burn. So just keep it moving around, like so. You'll see the butter is giving it that golden color. That's what we want. Okay, so we're not going to cook this long. Just until the onions are tender and I think they're pretty much there. So now let's look and see what our next step is going to be. Remember, keep it moving."
