"And today I'm going to show you how to make two easy Italian appetizers. Okay, so the first thing we're going to do is we're going to wash our mushrooms, and of course you definitely want to wash mushrooms because everyone knows what mushrooms grow in, so you definitely want to wash these. And I have my soft brush here, we don't want a hard brush because mushrooms are very delicate and if you use a hard brush it will just scrape everything right off and you don't want that. So we're going to put on some, just cool water, not cold, just cool, and we're just going to gently just brush the mushrooms very gently under the water. It's very important, having all vegetables and my poultry, to wash but and mushrooms, like I said, everyone knows what mushrooms grow in and that's gross. So, we're just going to gently wash each mushroom, let's get the filth and dirt off, and whatever else, if you know what I mean. And like I said, you can buy these brushes in the store, and it's fine to wash by hand also, but I think with mushrooms, I would definitely use a brush. You can see like black specks, I'm not sure what they are, probably dirt, or whatever, you just definitely want to get rid of those. So, as you can see, like this, so we'll just kind of brush that off, and as you can see, it's gone! Okay, well I'm going to finish up the rest of these mushrooms and I will see you on the next step."
