And today I am going to show you how to make two easy Italian appetizers. Okay so our fried mozzarella sticks are done so let's look at our second Italian appetizer and that is pepperoni stuffed mushrooms. As you can see there is definitely more stuff here to deal with, but it is definitely worth it. So let's look at the ingredients we need to make our pepperoni stuffed mushrooms. So let's start with our seasoning. We will need some oregano, some black pepper, and some salt. We need chicken broth, butter, grated Parmesan cheese, crushed butter crackers, we have an onion here and this is an onion I used on another dish but we don't like to waste so we are going to finish this one up. We have large button mushrooms, one clove of garlic, and one pepperoni sliced thick.
