"And today I am going to show you how to make two easy Italian appetizers. Okay so we are going to take this and just throw that in there. We don't want to cook it too long because remember there is cheese in here and it will melt. So about six seconds till it is golden brown like so. And just take that and put it on our paper plate. And it is really simple, very quick. Just remember not to leave them in there too long because you will have a gooey mess, cheese melting all over the place. You don't want the breadcrumbs, the coating, on the outside to burn. So very quickly, that's perfect. I am just going to pick that up and put that on our paper plate. So there you have it our fried mozzarella sticks. Very easy to make, it doesn't cost a lot of money. Great for parties. I mean it doesn't have to be a big upscale party but you have you know, you have your friends over for football or your kids have their friends over and they want a snack. Everyone loves the fried mozzarella sticks, and here is our pizza sauce for dipping and I hope you enjoy."
