"And today I am going to show you how to make two easy Italian appetizers. Okay so we had our mozzarella sticks in the refrigerator and the coating has set. We had them in there for about an hour so now what we are going to do is we are going to add two cups of oil to this pan here. Here is our second cup. Okay so we have our stove set on medium so we are going to wait till this oil heats up nicely. Okay so our oil is heating up here and, as you can tell, right here we have a paper plate with a napkin on it because what we are going to do is after we fry the mozzarella sticks we are going to quickly take them out and we are going to put them on here to drain. We don't want them to be soggy and full of oil so we will put them on this paper towel. Okay as you can see our oil is definitely heated up. So I am going to take a mozzarella stick and throw it in there. And we only want to cook it for like five to six seconds until it is golden brown like so. Then we are going to take it and put it on our paper plate."
