And today I'm going to show you how to make two easy Italian appetizers. So now we are ready to coat our mozzarella sticks with our egg and bread crumbs. So here is our mozzarella stick covered in flour. Now we are going to take that and just dip it in the egg and make sure it is totally covered and then we are going to take it and roll it around in our bread crumbs like so and make sure it is totally covered. And we are just going to take it and place it on our baking sheet or baking pan. We will take another one...roll it and make sure it is totally covered in egg and then roll around in the breadcrumbs and make sure it is totally covered like so. That one is a little smaller, we will just put that one on the pan right there and we will do a couple more. Here is our mozzarella stick. Just throw that in there. Just throw the breadcrumbs on top of it, like bury it and dig it out of there and that should do the trick. Okay our mozzarella sticks are coated so what we are going to to is we are going to put them in the refrigerator for about an hour so that the coating can set.
