How to Make Coating for Mozzarella Sticks

"And today I am going to show you how to make two easy Italian appetizers. Okay so now that we have our mozzarella sticks coated with the flour let's get our eggs taken care of here. So we have two eggs, so we are going to just put them in this bowl. And I have two tablespoons of water here so I am just going to add that to it. We are going to beat this like so. Get those eggs broken up. Just mix it really good. Okay now for our bread crumbs. We need a cup and a quarter of bread crumbs. So we are going to put that in this bowl. And we are going to add our seasoning. This is a half a teaspoon of seasoning salt. A quarter teaspoon of garlic powder. And with our fingers we are just going to mix that in like so. Just make sure it is evenly spread and this is what we are going to use to dip our mozzarella sticks in to."
