And today I am going to show you how to make two easy Italian appetizers. Let's start my making our fried mozzarella sticks and as you can see there's not much you need. We are going to need some oil to fry it in. Need some garlic powder. Some seasoning salt. Here we have some bread crumbs, and some pizza sauce to dip it in afterwards. We need two eggs, a block of mozzarella cheese and some flour. Okay so the first thing we are going to do is chop our mozzarella. And we are going to cut them into sticks. So let's use this one right here. I am just going to cut them length wise and it doesn't have to be totally perfect because we are going to cover them in the batter...or the bread crumbs anyway. So this is the perfect stick right here. So we are going to do that with the rest of these. We don't want them too thick and we don't want them too thin. And this is perfect just like this. This one is a little thick and these are perfect. We are going to try and get about...I am not going to make a lot for this demonstration... I am probably going to make about ten or fifteen for this. And these are actually the perfect size. This one might be just a little thick so I am just going to cut that right down the middle like so. Now if you want...if you want to save time.... you don't have to get the block of mozzarella cheese you can actually get the sticks precut. You know the ones they give to little kids as snacks so you can use that if you like. But I like to just cut my own. So I am just going to. These are the actual perfect size that we are going to use for our mozzarella sticks just like so.
