I’m going to show you a little bit more about composition. And we’re using pastels right now just to demonstrate and this is part of the pastel drawing experience. I’m going to use this as my baseline, in our last segment, we put lines on our piece of paper and I have gone in since and mainly wiped out as much of the line as I could in a short time just to use these little “x’s” as my points of where things are. As I said in the last segment you could use dots here, you just want to know where you are in relationship to what you are creating. You don’t want to have the land come all the way up to here, that’s the foreground and then you have just a little tiny bit up here for sky and middle-ground. It takes a foreground, which is the things closest to you that you want to show people, and you have to have a mid-ground, but in the mid-ground you can actually have even another area thats either a little closer with an item of interest or a little further back with an item of interest. And then you can have another one and then you can have the sky. Watch the next segment and you can see us finish this composition.
