"Frosted luster is put on top of the picture. I don't know if you can catch the sheen of it, it s kind of a crystal look. It is something that you do with out mattes. It is not something that I have not mastered with mattes. It is a great piece to use for photographs of people or like the cat or even this flower it tends to give it a little pop. To what the focus is in the picture and in this picture it was the flower. It tends to bring it up a little bit, it does not make it look too flat. "
