"Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. Now I will tell you the most important procedure, as we can work this fan which have been locked from the center into a fluffy flower. It is very simple. We have to be very very slow and very cautious in pulling each and every layer of the fan which is non other then the tissue paper that we have used. This is the way that we gradually pull it and get it to the center of the fan. That is the way we gradually get it. It is a very fragile paper so we have to be very careful. As you can see the shape of one petal has come. That is a good of a shape of fluffy flower. Now we have to go left and right. "
