"Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. Now I have made the pile of 20 paper napkins as I had told you and they should be piled in such a manner that the edges should preferable be equaled. If the edges are not equal, then we can do the cutting later when the flowers are made with the help of the scissors. Now what we would do is with the entire heap of the paper napkins, will be folded into a fan and this is how we start folding it into a fan. We take a gap for about 1.75 inch and fold it at that gap and press it. At each fold we are pressing it tightly. We move slowly and gradually, we turn the square pile of paper napkins into a fan. There we are. That is the way we can work the pile of paper napkins into a fan. Like the usual fan that is locked from here and open from the entire side we will lock it right from the center, we take one rubber band of any color and tie the pile of fan with the help of this rubber band.
