"Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. There should not be any negative space. As I can show you it is 1,2,3 and similarly we would start pulling up about 20 of them all together slowly and gradually. We have to ensure that we take one paper at one point of time only. As it is easy to place one by one and depending upon the number of petals you want to make a more bushy and a bigger flower, you take more tissue papers. A small and average size flowers can be done in about 20-25 papers. It is a square cut tissue paper. In case you don't have a square cut tissue paper, you can cut it with the help of scissors or with the help of a cutter also. "
