How to Draw a Cartoon Snowman Head

"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Paul Louis and today I'm going to teach you how to draw Christmas cartoon characters. Alright we are back and we are going to continue with our snowman character here and as you can see we have his face. So we want to make a round circle for his head we are going to start right here underneath the tip of that carrot and we are going to try to make it as round as we can. Now if you don't have a really steady hand you don't have to make it perfect these are cartoons. So cartoons could be a little odd every now and then and if you notice I stopped the circle right about there. Why did I stop the circle right about there? Well because we are going to add a hat to this character and I want to leave a little room for the rim of his hat as you can see."
