Video Transcript

"this is Paul Louis and I like to show you today how to draw cartoons in Microsoft paint. Now you have these two characters here, boy and boy 2. Now as you see when I go back and fourth or let's do it in slideshow mode it looks like this mouth is opening and closing, which it is. The idea behind this is that in your movie program simply put these two images back to back and if you really want to get fancy you could do the same process with his limbs and his head. Sooner or later you will have some nice little animation and there you have it drawing cartoons in Microsoft paint. Now go and be creative on behalf of Expert Village, this is Paul Louis thanks for watching."
