"this is Paul Louis and I like to show you today how to draw cartoons in Microsoft paint. Now again I want some more details so I'm going to go down to select the color black, click on my line tool and I'm going to start making these little lines inside his hair, like that. Next what I'm going to do is I'm going to give his environment some color so he's standing on green grass, so click on green and go to fill with color tool. Just click, boom standing on green grass now. Now you notice that the shoe laces, this area is not filled in so you should fill it in because you want to see the green background. Again if you have to use the large size mode you can do that to find out the area where you want to fill in. Go back to normal size."
