"this is Paul Louis and I like to show you today how to draw cartoons in Microsoft paint. I think the bottom part of the sneakers can be yellow. So for each little section I'm just clicking the yellow color. I'll do the same thing here with these little circles. Now let's give him a little more detail. Why don't you go up here to the brush tool, click on it and then click on white and what you're going to do is you're going to put two little circles in his eyes to give him a kind of reflection in his eyes. Then as you can see over here you can choose the thickness of how thin you want your circles to be. So I'm going to make them a little bigger by selecting this circle. Go down to red and I'm going to put that right there and so that he can have a tongue right in his mouth."
