How to Draw a Cartoon Cat's Face in MS Paint: Pt. 2

"Today I'm going to teach you how to draw cartoon animals in Microsoft Paint. I think I want to select a smaller circle down here and I'm going to click in three little circles right there on each side of his cheeks. I don't know if the computer can see it but we have three little freckle types of things there. Click on the line tool and I want you to make these lines above the eyes like this to represent this kittens eyelashes so it should be a female kitty. While we are in the line tool we can always make some whiskers so let's pull out some lines on each side of the face shall we. One line like that a line like that let's do the same thing on the other side and maybe make the line in the middle a little smaller than the other two. So that you have some variety in your whiskers we are almost there she is starting to look really cute. Let's make some pupils click on the lips and drag out these little circles inside each eyeball, one here and one over here."
