How to Draw a Cartoon Cat's Front Paws in MS Paint

"On behalf of Expert Village this is Paul Louis. Today I'm going to teach you how to draw cartoon animals in Microsoft Paint. Right in the middle of the character I want to make the front paws so click on line and drag a line from here to here straight down. Do the same thing over on this side straight down then go to your ellipse tool again and make another oval shape like that. I think it's time to clean up this character a bit, click on eraser and start removing the lines that you don't want. For instance right here you don't want this and this line here you don't want you are just going to basically remove the lines that you don't want to see there. Because you want your characters body parts to blend in to the rest of his body."
