"On behalf of Expert Village this is Paul Louis. Today I'm going to teach you how to draw cartoon animals in Microsoft Paint. Then let's work on the body I want to go from here and just pull out a long oval shape just like so. Let's do the same thing like we did with the frog with legs here cause we want our kitty to be in a sitting position. So I'm drawing these two oval shapes just like this so slightly different from the frog because we are not going to use the line tool to make those flippers. We are going to actually stay with the ellipse tool and we are going to drag out these oval shapes like that to make big back paws. "
