"On behalf of Expert Village this is Paul Louis. Today I'm going to teach you how to draw cartoon animals in Microsoft Paint. I'm going to make the eyes that I want so click on the line tool and I'm going to make the eyelids come up like this. Making two little slanted lines I think he needs some eyeballs here or some pupils, click on the ellipse tool and drag out two little circles. One here and then one right about here similar in size if you can if they are not similar you can always do the edit undo. Try to get it so you can have it just right. You want to make a belly so click on the ellipse tool here and drag out a long oval shape just like this and then using our line tool here I want you to make these little lines going across, just like that. Sometimes cartoon characters have reptilian type of characters. Dragons whatever they have these types of bellies so we'll make one for our character also."
