"On behalf of Expert Village this is Paul Louis. Today I'm going to teach you how to draw cartoon animals in Microsoft Paint. Then I like to do the same thing right over here to represent the characters legs and the same thing on the opposite side. Pull out that oval just like that our character is going to be sitting down. Now it doesn't matter if your two legs are not exactly the same size you'll notice there is a slight difference size here, that's okay. You don't have to have the exact proportion with cartoon characters sometimes it actually adds to the character. For instance if you have an eye that is smaller than the other eye it could give a lot of character to your cartoon character. So let's continue now with the feet for this character click on your line tool over here and I want you to drag out a line like this, then release. Then bring the line down and release up and then release down release up release then all the way over stop right there. Do the same thing for this side too. Bring the line out release down release out release down and then all the way over and stop right there. "
