"On behalf of Expert Village this is Paul Louis. Today I'm going to teach you how to draw cartoon animals in Microsoft Paint. So let's move on to learning how to draw a first cartoon character. First thing we are going to do is we are going to make a frog character and I want you to first set up the thickness of your lines. So click on black down here and I then I want you to go up here and select the line tool and if you notice it brings up several options down here. This is how thick or thin you want your outline to be so we are going to select the line tool. I'm going to select this one over here the third one down because I like my outlines to be not to thin not to thick. So click on ellipse and I want you to do what I did I want you to by clicking down on your left mouse button holding it down you're going to drag out this oval shape. So you're going to drag it out from here to here to about probably here and then when you want to release it just release the button. You'll end up winding up having a cigar type of shape over here and do the same thing over here just like that. "
