"Hi, this is Paul Louis, you can check out some of my artwork over at CoolClones.com or ReAllusion.com in the content store. I would like to welcome you to drawing cartoons and on behalf of Expert Village, I hope you enjoy the tutorial. Okay we are going to start off our cartoon character today on a nice clear sheet of paper here and we are going to start off at the top of the paper with a big wide letter U. that is going to be our head, we are then going to proceed to draw two Os directly in the center. So I am going to draw one O over here and another O right next to it, now if you notice I made the two Os touch each other because I like my character’s eyes to be close together. You do not have to do that, you can space them apart a bit. I am then going to proceed to draw one line from this side of the O on a slant down towards that side. I will do the same thing on the other side. And now we have two droopy eyelids on those eyes, we are going to put some more details on those eyes as well as we go along. But for now we have two Os next to each other with two droopy eyelids. "
