"in this video clip we'll be sanding our project at this point we're going to go through and sand all our project all of the faces, and all of the edges. We want to make sure and sand all of the sharp edges we're just going to break those edges so that when we're using it if it gets bumped on something it's not going to chip off and look really bad. For this process I'm going to be using a random orbit sander with a 100 grid sandpaper, first we're going to get all of the surfaces and get off any marks or divots that might be in it. Next we need to break these edges to do that I took a belt sander belt and put it on a piece of 2 X 4 and I'm going to go a 45 degree angle against my edge and I'm just going to break that edge. This is still going to make it appear as if it's a sharp corner but if you actually go feel that it's rounded just a little bit."
