"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village. Now let's put some decorations on our boarder. I cut these little squares here, or rather diamonds and I will place those the opposite color over each one. A little bit, dab of glue and just cut these little squares and you just need a little dab and I am just eying them to, for their placement. I will go all the way down, laying right up on top of our other boarder. It almost looks like marble would be the way the paper has the little feathers in it. I am going to cut a little crown. You just take a few snips here. Whoop, take that out, it has fibers in the paper, make a little, just going to trim that off and going to place that in the corners with a little bit of glue. Go around with the design all the way around with the crowns in each corner. "
