Color Wash Techniques for a Watercolor Journal

"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Libby Caldwell and I m here to tell you about watercolor journaling. For this next step, this whole area here is dry now and what I m going to do is put a wash of this, I just started it. This very pale dilute version of the paint I used here over the whole of this coming down. So I'll begin here and bring it all the way down. It will go underneath the area that I m going to put the detail on. That I brought from the outside. This just unifies the whole thing. It s just it s a good ideas so that the, it doesn?t look bitty. And when you write this area here I m going to writing over but I still want to have some color behind the words. Okay. Alright."
