"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Libby Caldwell and I'm here to tell you about watercolor journaling. The equipment I use for journaling depends on how much equipment you want to take with you, if you're on the go, this is all you need. We always use a water brush and these are great because you just unscrew the barrel and you fill this piece here with water and you screw it back on again and it has a brush that will self clean because when you finish painting one color, you just squeeze on the barrel and the color will run away till it's clear, you've got clear water coming down, so this is ideal. Usually if I fill it up this far, this is a travel size, shorter one, I can paint for about a week without filling it up again. And the other thing I use that's invaluable, this is a water soluble black pen. You can use it for the sketching and for the writing and this is a Pilot for size B5 extra fine tip that I use. Those are the two most important things, the very basic kit."
