"Hi I'm Marcia Matcham and hear speaking on behalf of Expert Village. For someone as a beginner i suggest classes. I feel like it's the biggest help there is and their are a variety of places you can find classes you have a local junior college or college that gives classes. My very first art class was a college class one semester and that was my formal education. Then I took water color workshops, and drawing class, I learned alot by simply painting. I had a teacher who gave me such good advice early on and it was that she said "you know you basics now I can tell from looking at your work and so now you have to do paint about hundred paintings". It that was kind of intimidating I thought a hundred painting gosh how would i ever do that I passed that up a long time ago."
