"Just like to mark the two ears, one here, one there, and one here, too. OK, now, one of the tips that I suggest for that particular sculpture is that the ears, they seem to be in the air like the original model. You can do two things; you can do like that, or you can stick on the back. It's going to be safer, for, you know, handling and drying and everything else if you stick on the back. You know, are less little pieces of clay hanging much better. I'm going to leave it like this. This I think is my very good and best recommendation. You can use; I was using my fingers too, until now. Now maybe I use one of these tools just to refine and empty a little bit better the ears, but you can do it also with a spoon if you don't have any tool, with a little spoon that make the job. Or with a finger, though, that will do the job as well, but that makes like better finishing. Later I'm going to also try to make some kind of texture here, because now you can see that it's drying and there is all this little pieces of clay, dried clay, and they mess up the finishing. And now we're going to balance the head."
