"JORGE BENLLOCH: Now, we're going to start cutting. This is a good tool to cut this. You can cut it with a knife, too. You can see that later we have to add some kind of material in some places to get the right thickness, and also there are some places that they are too thick already. The fins, the tail, they are thin, but we are going to thin those things. And now we're going to add material where we need. But at least we have now this shape. That's, more or less, the shape of the trophy trout."
