"Hi! My name is John Armstrong with expertvillage.com. I am a professional guitar instructor and today we will be discussing slide guitar and slide guitar techniques. Next I would like to discuss using the pentatonic scale. For this next upcoming example of using the D pentatonic scale, I will be playing it here at the tenth fret of the low E string… And, here at the fifth fret of the A string… here is a couple of little licks just to give you some ideas of some things that you can do with the pentatonic scale. You know I will key off of the D and G strings, it is kind of bouncing back and forth between those and sliding around those."
