"JOE WILES: We're taking a look at the top 80 most downloaded guitar tabs on the internet, and coming in at number 50 is "Be Yourself" by Audioslave. Let's take a look. We're going to start this song out with a B minor chord. Basically, it's your index finger barred across the entire 2nd fret. Your middle finger is going to be on the 3rd fret of the B string. Your middle--excuse me, your ring finger is going to be on the 4th fret of the D string. And your pinky is going to be on the 4th fret of the G string. Give that a strum. And then we're going to lift our middle finger up and hammer it back on and then off, all on the B string. Together. We're going to adapt our chord now. We're going to take our middle finger, put it on the 3rd fret of the low E string, and take the pad of our index finger and lay it across the 2nd fret of both the B string and the E string. And we're going to pick each one of these five strings individually. The little introduction sounds like this, put together. Now, the riff that Tom Morello kicks into starts up here on the 12th fret of the B string, okay? Use your middle finger for that. Use your index finger for the 11th fret on the G string, and then your ring finger for the 14th fret on the G string. Okay? Then, we're going to use that same ring finger on the 14th fret of the B string and slide it into 15th fret...up to the 17th fret, 14th, 15, 10, 12, okay? So this riff up here looks like this. Okay? So that whole bit, put together, sounds like this. B minor. On the high side of the guitar, above the 12th fret, all that riffage, it's variations of that riff as the verse kicks in. If you need detailed explanation, you're going to want to download the tablature. In our next segment, we're going to talk about number 49. I'll see you there."
