"Alright so we've been playing a little faster with the snare quarter notes and what we're going to do now is bring in, bring back in our cross stick alright. This is good. We're developing our cross stick at the same time as our snare drum. That's just one more step towards completely proficiency alright. So what we're going to do we have quarter notes with the cross stick in the left hand and we're going to have one and three on drum. Here's what it's going to sound like at 85 beats per minute. Alright that's one and three on the kick, quarters with the cross stick."
