" Hi! My name is Jesus Cardoso, and I’m going to give you a little bit of advice in how to resolve creative differences. This is a common problem in the studios because sometimes you’ll feel that you’ll have to go a certain and the artist, unfortunately, will feel the contrary. It’s always better to keep the balance, not to dominate too much, and also let the artist be. Remember that after all, it’s their album while you’re talking. Let them participate because sometimes even with big name producers if you get to much a hold of what’s happening musicians will just let go to whatever their creativity, and their participation and their input is in the project and just leave it all up to what you say. Which could be good thing, but most of the times ends up being a bad thing. Remember that two heads think better than one. "
