Video Transcript

"Hi! This is Jim Goettler with Expert Village and this is a video how to produce a small community festival. In this segment, I am going to strongly suggest that having put together the event, gone through all the process, all the headaches, all the sleepless nights and after the event is all done and you get together with the crew, the staff and your volunteers, your sponsors and you have a debrief. A debrief is when you sit around and laugh at yourselves and you think what went right and what didn't go quite so right and you plan for next year. In order to plan for next year, you've got to be critical of this year so think about what you did, bring it up and laugh about it. It doesn't really matter anymore. You paid your bills, had a good time, you done it. This is Jim Goettler with Expert Village. Please watch other videos in this section. "
