Summary: Play the harmonica like a Blues Brother; learn how to play tremolo on your harmonica in this free video harmonica lesson.
" Hi this is Jim Luke again and now we are going to talk about the diaphragm Tremelo. Now that sounds interesting; we’re not quite sure what it means but let me show you what it means. In order to get that sound you have to use your diaphragm. It comes out sounding like a little hut, hut, hut except you don’t vocalize. So you’re going, when you do it on the blow and that’s how you start learning this; you’ll go pushing your diaphragm out all the time. You aren’t doing it from your throat; you’re doing it down from your stomach, your diaphragm. Once you learn to do it with the blow; then you can try to do it with the draw. When you practice it always go back and forth. Whatever you are doing on the harmonica, always go back and forth with your mouth on the harp because what you are trying to do is keep your mouth there and just breathe back and forth. So there is your lesson on Diaphragm Tremelo. Give it a try."
