"JOE WILES: In this segment, we're going to take a look at number 33 on our countdown. It's Avenged Sevenfold, "Bat Country." Let's take a look. All right. The song is going to kick off with a three-finger power chord. Your index finger is going to be on the 5th fret of the A string, your ring finger on the 7th fret of the B string and your pinkie on the 7th fret of the G string. We're going to hit all four lowest strings--okay? The next chord we're going to use is on the 6th fret of the lowest three strings. We're just going to pad that. You can pad that with your middle or your index anyway you want, but it's just the three lowest strings on the 6th fret. And we're going to hit it open, the lowest three strings--okay? This part sounds like this. That's answered by, on the two lowest strings, we're going to use--we're going to pad each one of these frets on the same--on the same--we're going to pad each one of these beats on the same fret. Your ring finger's going to go on the 5th fret for the two lowest strings--index on the 3rd fret of the two lowest strings--back to the 5th fret--pinkie to the 6th fret--5th fret--3rd fret and then the two lowest open--okay? The last beat sounds like this. Together, all together, slowly, it sounds like this. To speed, that set of riffs sounds like this. Join us for the next segment. We're going to look at number 32, it's a Fall Out Boy song. I hope to see you there."
