"Hi ,I am voice over artist James Benedict on behalf of Expert Village. This video is about learning how to play the Didgeridoo. I would like to share a few secrets with you. We'll start off with how to get a Didgeridoo. The best way is to go on line. Just like Christmas shopping, birthday shopping, it is a whole easier and usually a lot cheaper. I recommend looking for a bamboo Didgeridoo. It's an inexpensive way to start out. You can buy one of this anywhere from thirty to fifty bucks. You can get a plastic Didgeridoo but it is not going to sound quite as good. Eventually, once you really get into this you can get a eucalyptus Didgeridoo. We will talk about how those are made. The original eucalyptus Didgeridoo is an aboriginal instrument comes from Australia. A real Didgeridoo is chewed out by termites. The center is hollowed out all the way through in the spring season by termites after the eucalyptus branches fall off the tree in the fall. Pretty cool. The bamboo is the way to start.
