"In this clip i'll demonstrate how to use compressors, limiters and gates in "Digital Performer". First we'll come up with a track. Select the lead vocal track level. We'll find the compressor dynamics (mono). These are presets for project files or compressor presets. Change your output level. There's a slight compression on it. If you want to use it as a gate just open up when it reaches a thresh hold. Hit the "Gate" button. Limiter. When it gets to that threshold we'll cut it off. That's how you use the gate, compressor and limiters."
