"Ok, the next move that we're going to move into now is called CC's. So, still we are right back to the position that we just came out of, that squatted position. Now what we are going to do here take the right hand put it down on the floor here then we're going to stick one foot out. It doesn't really matter which side you want to start with this move because you are going to kick with the opposite leg. So, remember whatever hand that touches the ground is going to be the leg that you kick out of the air. Ok, so again we are going to start with the right leg, right arm, left hand in the air is going to touch to side here. Always make sure that your touching the floor with both hands. So, left hand touches the floor the left leg will come up out in the air and back down. You don't need to bring it up really high or anything like that just to the side and back down. Ok, your going to do this switch and just bring your right knee up you're going to switch and your going to go to your other side now. Now you're on your left side right arm right leg back down back in position. Switch hand leg. Switch hand leg. Switch hand leg. So, you should be just switch back and forth. These are really rhythm catchers right here. So that?s your CC's."
