"So again we're still down here. We just went through our six steps. Now we're going to start into our three steps. OK, a lot of people in New York they use this as they say as the go off. On the West coast they use it as a three step, as they use it in the dance studios. OK so, that's what we're going to move into now. Now with this next move, you never went to set this going straight at you know anybody. You always want to send it at an angle, whichever side that you're going to because you're going to end up spinning yourself in a circle. OK, so you're going to be here. Again, posture's ready. You're going to put your right hand down. You're going to take your right leg and you're going to stick it out, let's say, 11 o'clock you know on the clock. OK, so this is one. Now the next thing you're going to do is you're going to switch yourself, switching two. And make sure that you're holding yourself up above yourself when you're doing these moves. OK, so you don't have to sit back like this. Make sure you're not doing this because you're putting more strain on your body. So it's going to be harder for you to do these moves. So make sure you're sitting above yourself and that knee stays down. Remember, two. Now what you're going to do next, you're going to take this hand, always when you sipper two put this hand down. Here, then you're going to bring this leg through like that hold three. Now, there's two different ways of doing this. Some people put down both feet on the ground and make sure that you're bow legged in so your butt doesn't stick so high in the air. Or some people like to put one foot down and bring one foot up out of the air. You're going to take that same right leg again, start again. One, you're going to start again switching the weight, two. Sitting above yourself. Remember what I said about that hand. That leg comes through three. We're right back where we started. OK, once again, starting one, two, three. OK, one, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three. There's your three steps."
