"So next thing we are going to break into now is going to be our side to side stepping and it is like really easy. Same thing you are just going to start with our legs here, we are just going to move back and forth, right, left, and in, right, in, left, and as you can see right now you want to mimic me and do what I'm doing for right now I'm just moving my arms are kind of taking like a jab step as you can see right now. They probably use it in aerobics or use it in kick boxing or anything like that I don't know but just a basic rhythm thing. We are just going to kind of speed up a little bit here just like this and as you can see I'm just moving side to side rhythm step to get your started. Just like that as you can see I'm going to speed up some, as you can see I'm still in the side on the side right here I'm on the tip of my toes. Always on the tip of my toes whenever I'm dancing I don't want to be smacking my whole foot the ground or anything like that. Now you put both of those together from here, back and forth, this is what it would kind of look like here. You know you can stick into those moves whenever you feel your beat on, you can feel your arm beat, you are stepping side to side. There you go and that is pretty much it right here, this is your basic top rocking side to side stepping. There is many more you can study on when you go out or see other people so there you go there is your top rocking. "
